imageComedian Padmanabham, is the well known comedian of yesteryears. He has been acting right from the golden age of cinema to today’s technical movies. Back in the day he sizzled as a star in black and white movies and he was having an affair with Geethanjali, his beautiful contemporary.

Later, having turned into producer the comedian made movies like ‘Jathakaratna Midutham Botlu’, ‘Kathanaika Molla’ and ‘Maryada Ramanna’. It is Padmanabham who has introduced the most popular singer S.P Balasubramanyam in the industry with his film ‘Maryada Ramanna’. Padmanabham was known on screen for his punch dialogues & innovative way of doing comedy.

He is is still performing with great enthusiasm in dramas, T.V. and cinemas. This 80 years old comedian is now remained as a live evidence for the movies of golden age.
